“Shanshan & Yongda Commercial Synthesis”, joint established by Gelionson Group, Shanshan Group and Yongda Group, holds its news conference & signing ceremony

On October 26th 2012, the “Shanshan & Yongda Commercial Synthesis”, joint developed by Gelionson Group, Shanshan Group and Yongda Group, holds its news conference & signing ceremony at the Harbin Wanda Sofitel Hotel. Mr. Guoliang Ma—Board Chairman of Gelionson Group, project representatives from Shanshan Group and Yongda Group, Mr. Donghua Wang—Deputy Director of Heilongjiang Provincial People’s Congress of China, Mr. Yuanchao Jiao—Deputy Mayor of Harbin and Mr. Hui Zhu¬—Deputy Secretary & District Mayor of Hulan District attend to the ceremony.

“Shanshan & Yongda Commercial Synthesis” project is located in the Harbin Limin Development Area, covers an area of 300,000 square meters and has a total construction area of 500,000 square meters. This project sets Shanshan • Gelionson International Shopping Center and Yongda International Automotive Square as the core. A large commercial complex that consists of international outlet stores, supermarkets, cinema theaters, food & beverage shops, children’s entertainments and hotels will be built in the south area of the project. An international automotive square and supporting facilities will be built in the north area, planning to introduce 12 world famous luxury car brands, builds the largest high-end automobile sales markets among Northeast China.
