On November 21st 2012, Gelionson Foundation• Heilongjiang Charity Federation holds the “2012 Love Heart Meal Card” issuing ceremony in the activity room, Heilongjiang Charity Federation. Teachers and student representatives from 9 Universities, including Heilongjiang University and Harbin Engineering University attend to this ceremony. Each University’s representative received a 10,000 Yuan annual project funds, more than 90 most needy students received charitable fund of 1,000 per person. Gelionson Foundation disburses over 100,000 Yuan supporting funds during this event.
