Gelionson Group signed formal contract with Hong Kong Charter Group, build the high-end shopping center—Harbin Charter Shopping Center in Northern China

On July 12th 2009, Gelionson Group signed formal contract with Hong Kong Charter Group, together, build the high-end shopping center—Harbin Charter Shopping Center in Northern China. As reported, Harbin Charter Shopping Center is located in the Aijian Commercial Area, Daoli District, Harbin. Its total investment reaches 1.3 billion RMB, positioning in international brands, including: clothing, makeup, jewellery and other high-end products. By 2001, after this project is completed, Harbin Charter Shopping Center will become the top international standardized modern shopping city in Harbin as well as in the northeast three provinces.
