On November 6, 2015, Heilongjiang LCAC hightech private equity is officially established. Heilongjiang LCAC hightech private equity funds totally ￥1 billion, initiated by Gelionson Group, jointly invested by Abax Global Capital Group, government investment in Heilongjiang province platform of Heilongjiang Longcai assets management co., LTD.,  Harbin economic and technological development zone and the industrial technology research institute of Heilongjiang province. 

The establishment of the fund will focus on hightech innovation, promote the transformation and upgrading of scientific research achievements industry, and helps the economic prosperity and development of Heilongjiang.
